Welcome to FACS!

For this class, we will be using a wide variety of Internet resources.  Click on the appropriate tab above to access information about the following topics:

  • Textiles and Apparel

The following study skills will help you be successful in this class:

  • Studying a little each day will help you retain knowledge
  • better than trying to study for hours right before a big test.
  • Did you know that your environment makes a big difference
  • in how effective your studying is?  Make sure you have
  • good lighting and a neat area.  Gather the things you’ll need—
  • pencils, paper, dictionary, highlighters, calculator, before you
  • sit down to study.
  • Whatever makes you feel at home will help you learn!
  • Career Mondays, invest that special 10 minutes in
  • checking out a website such as www.cfnc.org, or call someone
  • about a career of interest.

 Just 10 minutes a week adds up for YOUR SUCCESSFUL FUTURE!!!
